My left leg is 20mm shorter than my right and as a result my pelvis is tilted to result in scoliosis [lateral curvature of the spine]. The most effective way to stay pain-free is to exercise, I discovered this when I stopped playing a lot of sport during school holidays. I have since learned how to deal with horrible back, neck and shoulder pain through years of research and trials. In the past fifteen years I have maintained my bodyfat percentage and gained twenty kilogrammes of manliness, due to a good diet and lots of chin-ups, Squats and Deadlifts.

I have developed 2 PT studios in London and a full boxing/weightlifting gym in London where I coached Football and Rugby teams through to 6 week weight-loss-challenges. I have guided hundreds of beginners through their gym-journey and devised TheEvolution Training System, which is now in your Home!

The Evolution Training System suits everyone and details the journey of exercise progressions from beginning to end... this really is what I wish I knew when I was younger and I am giving this all away for free.
