Why Exercise?

The American College of Sports Medicine recommends all people to exercise for at least 30mins [cumulative] for a minimum of 3 times per week to achieve the health improving attributes of exercise.
At Evolution each client is evaluated and advised of a suitable programme to suit their lifestyle and quality of progression toward their goal. Many programmes involve weekly routines that take over 3 hours [cumulative] to complete. This is where you contribute fitness benefits to the even more improved health benefits;
